11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Dispute resolution; arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Dallas, Texas. You and Allied Control waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class action.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
